Our Process

Preserving nutrients. Keeping the flavour.

Depending on the product, we use either freeze-drying or low-temperature drying. With freeze-drying, fresh fruits and vegetables are deep-frozen and then dried under vacuum. With low-temperature drying, water is gently removed from the food over a longer period at low temperatures.

The result: natural flavours and valuable nutrients are preserved as much as possible. Enjoy intense flavour, a long shelf life and high-quality products, all without preservatives.
